Shipping Info

Where do we ship?

We ship all over the US for a flat rate of $6. 

We also ship to Canada, Mexico and the UK.  To get a shipping rate simply add the product to your cart and enter your postal code.  If you are in another country, we can probably also ship to you but please contact us.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with UPS, the biggest and most reliable shipping carrier in the US.  With UPS your package is protected and you will receive detailed tracking information so you can follow the progress of your package and know when it is going to be delivered.

Same Day Shipping Deadline

Orders received before 1pm PST / 4pm EST will ship the same day, but we will attempt to ship orders received after this the same day as well.  If we can't get your order out the same day we will ship it the following business day.

Expedited Shipments

We offer the full range of UPS expedited services at the following cost:

UPS Ground: $6 (add $3 for extra umbrellas)
UPS Next Day Air: $25 (add $22 for extra umbrellas)

Where do we ship from?

We make use of a network of warehouses across the US and will attempt to ship from the warehouse closet to your location.  Our main warehouse is in Ontario, CA.

Time In Transit

UPS Ground is generally 3-4 days to most of the US.  If you require a package to be delivered urgently, we recommend using an expedited UPS service, which guarantees delivery.

Tracking Numbers

You will automatically receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase.  UPS will update this daily and provide detailed information about the status of your package.

PO Boxes

Note: It is the policy of UPS not to deliver to PO Boxes, so please avoid using a PO Box as your shipping address.  If a PO Box is used, we will automatically ship via USPS but this may cause delays with your order.

Signature

Signature is not required for delivery.

International Shipments

Any taxes due are the responsibility of the receiver.  The US does not charge import/export taxes on umbrellas, so if any taxes are due they are imposed by the receiver's country.  We do not expect any such taxes should be due, but we cannot monitor and investigate this.
