UrbanTrim is a new brand that is dedicated to seeking out new and innovative products.  We look for stylish products that have something unique to offer.  We can help design houses bring their products to the market without having to be concerned with marketing, stocking & selling their product.  We enable designers to do what they do best and provide a place where people can go to find the latest trends.  If you are a designer with a brand new product, get in touch here. 

Collaboration with SquidLondon

For our first product, we have teamed up with SquidLondon - a design house from the UK.  SquidLondon is made up of Viviane Jaeger and Emma-Jayne Parkes, pictured right.  Since graduating from the London College of Fashion in Product Design and Development, this forward thinking design team have impressed some of the top names in the industry. SquidLondon's accomplishments include: designing the costumes for the London Olympics handover ceremony in Beijing, being commissioned by the prestigious Tate Modern art gallery to create an umbrella collection and having a collection sold at the world renown ‘ArtBasel’ fair.

We are excited to be the only place in the US where SquidLondon's products are currently available, along with the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.  The first of many pipeline products is the stylish color changing umbrella, which the duo have dubbed a 'a walking piece of art' as soon as the rain falls onto the panels.  Many more products are planned and will be available on UrbanTrim.

These bright creative pioneers aspire to set the trend rather than follow it, linking the gap between science, design and marketing. Their core passion lies in paving the way in future material technology and innovative collaborations. As said by BBC Radio: “SquidLondon are the entrepreneurs to watch in the future”.
